Please read these Terms of Service described below ("Terms of Service") carefully before using any Piguide services. By using any Piguide services, you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not access any Piguide services. Piguide reserves the right at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time, and recommends that you periodically check this page.

1. User Usage

You are solely responsible for your use of any Piguide services. Piguide allows for the posting of user-posted material including links to third-party websites. The inclusion of a link on Piguide does not imply any endorsement by or any affiliation with Piguide. Piguide is not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. In accessing Piguide or following links to third-party websites you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive or inappropriate. You agree that your only recourse is to stop using Piguide.

You may register an account with Piguide and select a user ID and password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account including your password.

Piguide grants you a limited license to access and use Piguide in accordance with Terms of Service and the instructions and guidelines posted on Piguide. Piguide reserves the right to terminate your license to use Piguide, refuse registration of an account, or cancel a user ID, at any time in its discretion.

2. User-Posted Content

By posting content including links to third-party websites, you are granting permission to Piguide and others to access and use it in connection with Piguide and otherwise in connection with its affiliates' businesses. You can restrict access and use to certain contents at your discretion.

Piguide does not provide legal services, and therefore, providing you with the ability to attach a license agreement to your compilation of links does not create an attorney-client relationship. Pigude makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the license agreements and the information provided, and disclaims all liability for damages, including without limitation, any general, special, incidental or consequential damages, resulting from their use. Piguide will include this license label in making your content accessible to others, but any enforcement of your chosen license terms remains your sole responsibility.

Piguide is explicitly not responsible for the manner or circumstances by which third parties access or use public content and is under no obligation to disable or otherwise restrict this access.

3. Privacy Policy

Only a valid email address is required for the registration of a Piguide account. Users can choose not to provide any other information. Piguide only collects and processes minimum information that is relevant to the services, which allow users to keep their favorite websites organized and easy to access, and discover and share information with one another.

4. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Piguide and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Piguide Terms of Service, or via use of Piguide, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Piguide and you.

These Piguide Terms of Service supersede any previous agreement related to your use of Piguide and represent the entire agreement between Piguide and you with regard to your use of Piguide. These Piguide Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California without reference to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of the Piguide Terms of Service is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Piguide Terms of Service will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Piguide Terms of Service shall be severed accordingly.
